Because every order is customized — flower selection, volume, colour palette, and delivery window — we handle all orders through direct contact rather than an online cart. This ensures we can confirm availability and give you accurate pricing.

2. Share your requirements Tell us your desired flowers, colours, quantity, and preferred delivery date. Bulk orders are our specialty — minimum quantities may apply for certain varieties.
3. Receive a quote We'll confirm availability and send you a quote within a few hours during business hours.
4. Confirm & pay Once you approve the quote, we'll confirm your delivery slot. Payment details will be shared at this stage.
5. Delivery Your fresh flowers are delivered directly to your address within our service area. We'll confirm an exact window closer to the date.

We are based in Etobicoke, Ontario and currently deliver within the greater Toronto west end. If you're unsure whether we service your area, just ask — we're happy to check.

Advance Notice

We ask for 1–3 days advance notice for most orders. This allows us to source the freshest stock specifically for your order rather than pulling from existing inventory.

• Standard orders: 1–2 days notice is usually sufficient
• Large bulk orders: 2–3 days notice preferred to ensure full availability
• Same-day requests: Contact us directly — we'll do our best based on current stock
• Recurring orders: We can set up a weekly or bi-weekly schedule — great for restaurants and businesses

What We Deliver

Our core focus is bulk floral supply — loose stems, bunches, and large-volume orders for businesses, events, and personal buyers who want to arrange their own flowers or receive large quantities at wholesale-friendly pricing.
