Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us, or placing an order with Aveline Garden, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of Aveline Garden's website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Services

Aveline Garden provides bulk floral supply and related services including:

• Wholesale and retail bulk flower orders (stems, bunches, boxes)
• Custom floral arrangements (as an add-on service at additional cost)
• Recurring supply agreements for businesses and regular clients
• Delivery within our service area (Etobicoke and GTA West)

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if a specific variety is unavailable, with prior notice to the customer wherever possible.

Orders & Confirmation

All orders are placed through direct contact (phone, email, contact form, or Instagram DM) and are not binding until confirmed in writing by Aveline Garden.

• A quote provided is valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated
• Your order is confirmed once you have approved the quote and we have sent written confirmation
• We require 1–3 days advance notice for standard orders
• Same-day orders are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
• Large or specialty orders may require longer lead times — we will advise at the time of quoting

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change based on market availability and seasonal factors.

• Prices are confirmed at the time of order and will not change after written confirmation
• A delivery fee may apply depending on order size and delivery distance
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
• Promotional codes (e.g., AVELINE10) are valid for first-time orders only and cannot be combined with other offers
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Delivery Terms

Delivery is available within our service area (Etobicoke and GTA West). Delivery outside this area is subject to availability and additional fees.

• Delivery windows are confirmed at order placement and may be adjusted with notice
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
• A responsible adult must be available to receive the order unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance
• If no one is available to receive delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, a redelivery fee may apply
• We do not offer customer pickup — all orders are delivered

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund or credit
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund or credit
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund (flowers will have already been sourced)
• Quality issues: If flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion

We take the quality of our flowers seriously and will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality concerns promptly.

Product Disclaimer

Flowers are natural, perishable products. Colour, size, and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on our website due to natural variation, seasonal availability, and photography conditions.

• Vase life estimates are guidelines based on proper care — actual longevity depends on care practices and environmental conditions
• We are not liable for allergic reactions to flowers or plant materials — please advise us of any known allergies when ordering
• Some flowers and foliage may be toxic to pets — please consult our flower care guide and exercise caution
• Pollen from certain flowers (e.g., Oriental Lilies) can stain fabric and surfaces — we advise care when handling

Intellectual Property

All content on the Aveline Garden website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Aveline Garden and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aveline Garden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or any damages resulting from delays in delivery.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
